Dear wonderful Jazzistent!
We are so excited over the amazing effort made by our volunteer Jazzistents at this year’s MaiJazz! We were surprised over the fantastic registration of volunteers, and together we produced one of the best festivals in MaiJazz’ 22 year long history. We could not have done it without you.
The feedback from musicians, the audience, partners and media, has been very good. MaiJazz is one of Stavanger’s most important cultural events, and together we have shown the city that “Jazz is delicious!” (Jazz e deiligt!) both inside and outside the concert venues. After one week with a little bit of relaxations, cleaning up venues and offices, we are now ready to look at the evaluation and summarizing of this year’s festival. We want to look closer at the things that went well, and those things that can be done better next year. For this we need your help.
We have made a questionnaire for the Jazzistents. We will be most grateful if you take some time to fill out your feedback. The form is totally anonymous. The answers will have great value for us in the planning of next year’s MaiJazz, and we appreciate constructive and long answers. Follow the link on the bottom of the page.
This year’s kick out will take place on Saturday June 5 at 15:00 at Klubben. We will take care of food, drinks, social activities, honor and glory, and we hope you are able to join us. Last year’s party is already a legend, and we set high hopes this year as well. :)
We are now making certificates for all Jazzistents as a proof that they have taken a part in producing this year’s biggest jazz event in Stavanger. These will be ready to June 5, and for those of you that are unable to attend, we will send it to you by mail.
